At present, foreign pulp molding production equipment molding types have two categories: vacuum forming method and grouting molding method.
Vacuum suction molding method

It Is the most popular method of paper and plastic products. According to its different structure and there are three ways: drum type, flip type, reciprocating lift type.
Drum type:
It’s very suitable for making large quantities of stereotypes products because of its continuous rotation production with high efficiency, such as fruit tray, pulp tableware, bottle tray , egg tray and so on. It’s high mold investment, mold processing precision, equipment processing precision technical requirements, a set of die with eight sets of punch, need to use CNC machining mold, long processing cycle, Big investment.
It’s not applicable for industrial molding production due to non-standard , small quantity , bitch , big mold investment.
Flip-type: Flip-type production is less drum production efficiency, suitable for industrial molding medium and non-standard production, but because it needs a set of die with two sets of punch so that moulds need to use CNC machining. That means mold investment is big and Long cycle.
Reciprocating type
The production efficiency is lower than the drum type, but it is not much difference with flip type,  It is a widely used common equipments because the device only needs a set of die supporting a punch, no CNC machining, Suitable for non-standard, small batch, fast cycle of industrial packaging products (industrial packaging products die production cycle is usually within 10 days).
Grouting method
Grouting molding method is based on different pulp packaging products, calculate the required amount of slurry (material) and quantitative injection molding cavity, adsorption molding. This molding method is suitable for changing little, stereotypes of standard products, commonly used in tableware molding products, due to stereotypes difficult to grasp, in non-standard paper and plastic packaging (industrial packaging) does not use this molding method
